Arrgg...I hate when I forget my camera...the kids always do the best things when there isn't a camera around. We went to an outdoor wedding this evening and mother nature did not cooperate. Luckily we were in the big white tent when the torrential down poor hit, but a big white tent can't keep the water out. The water began streaming in under the tent and puddles formed near the edges of the tent. Luke thought that was the greatest thing on earth. He splashed around and entertained the crowd. He started by just splashing his hands in the water then clapping. Before we knew it he was rolling around in the puddles and soaking wet. I wanted to stop him but he was having so much fun I went with it. At one point he had an entire table cracking up. He got away from us once and snuck out the tent to run through a puddle. Crazy little boy!!
Oh...by the way...Abby touched the water but decided it was too messy. She sat in our friend Christine's lap so she wouldn't get dirty and played with her new friend Lauren.
