Holy 15 months Batman!

Can Abby and Luke really be 15 months old already!! They are growing so fast and figuring out new ways to give mom and dad a heart attack daily. We are getting ready for another summer trip next week, traveling to Branson for the Reeves family reunion. When we get back we will have our 15 month check up and get some new stats.
We have decided that Luke either has bad luck when he plays or needs a crash helmet. Our little man has more bonks and cuts on him right now than we are comfortable with. In the matter of one week he had a bloody nose and cut lip from falling off the fireplace, a scrape on the center of his forehead from falling into the patio furniture and a scrape right under it from falling on top of his fishbowl toy...all on mom's watch! That doesn't include the bruised shins and bug bites. Total boy!! Some fun things that he has started doing are...hugging his "sissy" especially when she wakes up, giving kisses and head bonks, watching Sesame Street with daddy in the mornings, closing doors and putting trash in the trash can.
Abby Mae is all girl and really would prefer to not get messy. She got marker on her hand and tried with all her might to pick it off. She carries on conversations with us all the time in her little alien language. Abby is working on sharing with her brother...if she has two of something she always gives one to Luke. She also picks up his blanket or sippy cup and brings it to him. Whenever he is crying from one of his many falls she is right there to pat him on the back and give him a hug. She continues to love to read books, either to herself or on someones lap. Some new things she has discovered are her love for Elmo on the TV, how to open doors, give kisses and climb up stairs by just holding on to the wall.
