The twins are growing so fast! We can't believe that they entered our world a year and a half ago. They change so much everyday...discover new things and make us laugh. We are so busy during the week that we try to stay active and do family things on the weekend. A few weekends ago Sam took Abby to breakfast and I took Luke to breakfast. We try to do separate things with them just so they can have some alone time with us. This past weekend we went to the UNC football game. We were just getting over a big snowstorm (closed school for the day) but by the weekend it was close to 60'...gotta love Colorado in the fall. This football season we have gone to several games and we watch them in the endzone at the alumni tent. The twins enjoy it because they can run around and we enjoy it because we have a great view and can chat with our friends.Abby playing in the snow.

Pay no attention to the little boy with his hands in the popcorn bag. He filled up his cup then climbed on a table to eat it.
We had our 18 month check-up and got a clean bill of health! It is funny how things change at every appointment. This time they weighted the twins on the big scale...which they would not get on...so Sam stood on it with them then without them to find their weight. Glad he did it and not me! Of course the shots were not appreciated but the screams didn't last too long.
Abby is still bigger than Luke. She is 25lbs and Luke is 23lbs.
They are getting more independent each day...wanting to put on their own clothes, helping with the laundry and cleaning for us. Luke's favorite new chore is giving Dexter his food...he is so proud of himself when he fills the bowl. Their favorite things to do are read books, dance, play outside, hug and sit on Dexter and have tickle fights. They are our little blessings that are growing up!
