
Sam wanted really wanted me to make gumbo for Mardi Gras but the recipe seemed quite daunting to me that day. So I found a great recipe on
skinnytaste.com for Shrimp Creole. I kicked it up a bit by adding chicken and sausage. It was so tasty but so SPICEY!! Sam loves it spicy so it was the perfect meal to win his heart, but I had to tap out about half way through.
