Christmas Eve Eve we were forcasted to get 1-3 inches of snow...8 inches later we decided to all head out and play in it while daddy shoveled the driveway. Yes, we are kicking ourselves for not getting a snowblower yet...and we have a 3 car driveway...but it is a good workout. Dexter even joined us and went for a run up the street, into a neighbors garage and through an open lot...he had a blast and the twins kept calling for him to come back whenever he left. "Det-ter!" "Det-ter!" Now imagine them slapping their legs too.

They were so funny as they trekked through the deep snow and loved it. Abby started picking up the snow and throwing it in the air...but then her mittens had snow on them and the "oh-no's" started. They soon came off. Luke tried to help shovel with the broom...then he fell and his mittens got snow on them...so they came off. Mind you it was about 15' out. A couple tromps through the deep snow and falls later we had two toddlers with cold hands and ready to go inside. I took them in and we cuddled in bed to watch some Little Einsteins while Sam and Dexter finished shoveling.

That night the wind started up and we woke up to snow drifts across the driveway...break out the shovel again!
