I am fortunate to have had a few friends have babies right after us. My good friend Julie, who I taught Kindergarten with, had a baby boy named Davis a week after Luke & Abby were born. We meet up every other week for lunch at her house. While we chat the babies all play in what I like to call babyland. We invite other teacher friends to join us so we have equal number or more of adults to babies...and to enjoy the added grown up conversation. With only a few weeks left of summer break we are trying to get as much baby play time in as possible. Once school starts up again we won't be able to enjoy these precious moments as often.
