San Antonio-Day 4

Well this day didn't start off good for momma. I was sick all night and felt horrible in the morning. Dadda was a rock star and kept the babies entertained. We had a full day ahead of us but I wasn't going anywhere. The hotel was so nice and let us keep the room until 3 in the afternoon so I could sleep and try to get better before our flight. Sam and the twins went cruising around downtown SA, explored the Alamo and met up with the Roses for lunch. Our afternoon was pretty mellow since I wasn't feeling well. We hung out in the hotel lobby until it was time to go to the airport. Cooper and Hayden played "Alamo" and we barricaded the twins to one area so they could crawl around.
Airport security was much easier this time around...funny they didn't "test" any of our liquids. We had some time before our flight so the twins got real dirty playing on the floor. They found the mats that the Frontier workers stand on and thought it was great to go back and forth over them. All we knew was that they were happy and having fun...plus we can clean them up.
Before the flight we changed them into their PJs and gave them their bottles as we waited for the plane to take off. Both of them were asleep before we left and we had a great flight.
Our first family vacation turned out to be a great time. We learned a lot and are glad that we went. Sam and I realized that the term vacation takes on another meaning when traveling with twins. :-)
