We have loved having my cousin Bryan and his wife Lori living in Denver. The are such wonderful people with big hearts and fun personalities. We have a great time whenever we get together with them and the twins adore them. They are both from the midwest and both managed to score new jobs, at the same time, in the same hospital in Madison WI, very close to their families. They came up to have one last Penn Family fun night and sleepover before the big move this past weekend. As soon as we opened the door Abby and Luke grabbed them and played, well everything. My favorite thing to watch was the four of them playing Dr. They had to take yucky medicine, get shots and lay in bed with a feber "fever".

We also had a pizza making contest~my sausage, red peppers and onions beat out Sam's chicken, pepperoni, green chili and cream cheese!! The twins rocked their chicken and cheese mini-pizzas. After we got the twins to bed the adults headed to the basement to play the Wii and pig out on girl scout cookies. We also learned that Bryan has a secret Wii talent and kicked our butts in almost every event, I came close to beating the hunter in the archery event but I fell up short in the final round. A morning of pancakes and more playtime rounded out a memorable visit. A few days later we were eating dinner at the table and Luke told us we had empty seats and that he wanted Bryan and Lori to come back and sit in them. The four of us will sure miss them, luckily we will get to see them twice this summer.
