Kindergarten

Grandma had to show us her new Kindergarten classroom while we were visiting her and we were all excited to go. What could be more fun than to go play at a school full of stuff. It was like a regular school day. My friend Deanna and her two daughters Hailey (4) and Faith (18 mos) joined us. They played in the house making us dinner then decided it was time for arts and crafts. Abby was all about pasting with the purple glue and Luke used the cut-cuts to cut paper...they were both amazingly good at it.

After arts and crafts we cleaned up and went outside to play on the playground, then back inside for lunch. We all sat at the tables and ate leftover turkey sandwiches. Then it was playtime again. We discovered the book area, music area and built with blocks. After cleaning up for a second time I led the kids in a few songs...one of my favorites "Going on a Bear Hunt" was a hit with all the kids. We lined up at the end of the day for a group picture. Thanks Grandma for opening up your super fun classroom to us...only 2 1/2 more years until we are in Kindergarten!
