Abby and Luke have hit a really funny age with their language. We have adapted to the "why's" and "what's that" pretty easily. But some of the other things they come up with just crack us up.
Friday night eating dinner at the Sharps- Luke says to Stacy "This is the best dinner ever!"
The next morning eating the special doughnut Sam brought home- Luke says "This is the tastiest special doughnut ever!"
Luke was crying for me this morning and Abby says to him, "Honey-it's ok, mommy is right here, you don't need to cry."
They both love to tell us, "I sorry daddy/mommy, I didn't mean to, it was an accident."
Luke is our talker, he talks non stop. Abby has a more quiet voice but when Luke is not around she talks up a storm. She loves to play mommy, this morning she put me to bed, read me a story, sang me a lullaby, cuddled me for one minute then turned off the light. She didn't skip a beat in our bedtime routine.
