Our life as parents of twins is an adventure in itself. It may be trying at times but we love it and we love these two amazing 3 year olds!! We finally had our 3 year old check-up and they are doing great developmentally and socially. Luke is 30lbs and 38 inches tall. Abby is 30.5 lbs and 38.5 inches tall. Tall and thin kiddos. Here are some of our favorite things about them at this moment in time:
- They LOVE to take the parachute for a ride down the stairs.
- The sandbox is one of their favorite places to play.
- They want to be independent, "I do it myself."
- Every night they help us cook dinner.
- Both of them hate to take medicine.
- Luke gets REALLY sad when we leave, he tries to lock us in with his legs.
- Luke has an amazing memory.
- Abby has a mothering instinct, she calls us all "honey" when she is concerned.
- Abby is just like mommy (determined and likes things on her schedule), which is why we butt heads.
- Luke has a goofy personality just like his daddy.
- They love to play and imagine together...we never know what they will come up with, from playing ambulance to 3 little pigs, they keep us entertained.
