Build A Bear

We had a gift card and a coupon for Build a Bear so we decided to have the twins "earn" their first trip to the land of stuffed animals. Luke has mastered potty training so we are working on him staying dry overnight and during naps, so every time he did he got a sticker on his sticker chart...his sticker chart was pretty full in a few weeks. Abby is working on pooping in the potty...and unfortunately her sticker chart wasn't quite full yet. We couldn't just take one of them so we gave Abby credit for trying and took them both.
When we first got to Build a Bear we went to pick out which stuffed animal they wanted and of course they wanted "all of them!" After much debate Abby decided on a pink teddy bear and Luke picked a monkey...we were not surprised by either choice. :)
Abby went first to build her bear. She was very serious and loved kissing the heart. Luke was a bit nervous at first but then didn't want to stop putting in the fluff.


Afterwards they cleaned their bears and named them. We now have Sister Bear and Monkey Monkey as new members of our family. A fun experience for a whopping $1 after the coupon and gift card.
