Our Dr. lied to us

...and she was right. When the twins were first born she assured us that this was the hardest most difficult time and we would make it through. At our 15 month check up she admitted that she lied. The first year was actually the "gulp" easy part and the next two years are the hardest because they are mobile. We believe her because not only is she a mom of twin boys but we feel it! Even though they are more independent it is non stop action and they go either in opposite directions or are arguing over the same toy! We actually respect her for not telling us we were in the "easy" part during those first few months.

Our check up was a good one...they both are healthy and growing well. Luke cried the minute he saw the nurse with the shots but got over it when he got to wash his hands...amazing what some water can do. The first shot didn't phase Abby but the second one just made her mad. They are always sleepy after shot and were out before we left the parking lot...but we did play at the park for an hour and a half before the doctor's appointment.

Luke now weighs 20.9 lbs and is 30.5 inches long. (5th percentile and 21st percentile)
Abby is 22.9lbs and 31.5 inches long. (45th percentile and 63rd percentile)
