Grandma Penn came up early the day after Christmas to celebrate...and spoil her grandbabies with LOTS of presents!! Most of the gifts were in gift bags which was so much fun to pull the tissue paper out of! The toys and clothes were great but the best present came at the end. Matching 4x4's!! We hid the cars behind the couch and walked them over. Here is the play-by-play of them seeing their new rides.
They sat on them for a bit then Luke accidentally pressed the go button. It took off and he freaked out a bit. They were not about having the cars move. We pushed them around a bit but they would not press the button again. So it was off to play with the other good stuff.
Later that afternoon the Lizars came up for their visit. Ellie and Hayden were thrilled to have some cool toys to ride on. They took off on them and it sparked the twins interest. They decided it was fun to ride on them with Ellie and Hayden. Watch out Talladega we have some speed demons on our hands. The kids made a track out of our living room and kitchen and raced in circles. Eventually, Abby and Luke started riding on their own and had a blast. 
Grandma Penn did good with this purchase! They are slowly getting better at making the turns in the house...we really look forward to when all our snow melts and we can take a spin on the trails in our neighborhood.
