Daddy and Brad were DJing the Sheriff's Ball on a Friday night so Stacy and I decided to take the kids the the Festival of Trees, something that neither one of us had done before. The lobby of the Civic Center is full of trees that have been decorated by different organizations. The trees are really nicely decorated and themed out so the kids enjoyed that...but they couldn't touch anything. That makes it difficult for a couple of preschoolers to deal with. They did enjoy looking at the trees, Luke loved the train one and Abby loved the one decorated like a princess including a crown on top. I thought the one that was a snowman was the best. We took some time to write letters to Santa and make a Santa puppet craft. I think the kids really did enjoy going.
