My turn to take a shot at this blogging thing. Kim has embraced the idea of posting our events on this site - which is a chore I am sure to assume once we add the little ones so lets get a little practice to see if she approves. Its amazing to me that people are on reality shows and really like the idea of that the details of their lives are out in the open for everyone to see- if you know me, thats not quite my thing. However, I think this site may be a great way for us to communicate with the family and friends we don't get to talk to all that often and may want to know whats happening. So, family and friends here goes...
Its Wednesday night 10:00pm, watching the Avs in OT. Kim's on the couch, her new favorite/only sleeping spot, with Dexter. I am currently trying to wrap my mind around the idea that we are at the point where we get to schedule the greatest event and major change in our lives. From what we are told, next Wednesday April 16th we'll go to the Dr. at which time she will decide if we need to come in the following morning to have our children or if we will wait a week and do it the following Thursday. This is what I have come to know through my wrestling days as "Short Time." It seems like just yesterday we had 7 - 8 months to have everything ready and get ourselves prepared. Now, we have either a week or two and while I am extremely exciting to meet these little ones, we still have a heck of a lot of stuff to do. With that said, I better get back to the honey do list, if its not done when Kim wakes up at 2am it is gonna get get ugly around here. (Oh ya, Avs win 3-2!)
