A beautiful day outside

We decided to head over to daddy's football game the other day. It was close to 80' at the end of October and not a cloud in the sky so who could resist spending some time outside. The weather has been very unusual in Colorado this year...it always snows on or near Halloween and we haven't had any yet, so we are just enjoying the warm weather while we can.

The babies loved being outside watching all the people...and the fans at the game loved watching them. We found ourselves a nice spot on the grass and spread out our stuff. Abby was so funny when she rolled to the grass for the first time...I don't think she liked how it felt on her legs. Luke kept trying to eat the grass so I had to keep my eye on him. We sat outside for almost an hour and they were perfectly content playing.
Sitting near us was a family with an 8 month old baby girl. It amazed me what this little girl could do...hold her bottle, sit up by herself the entire time and clap her hands. What was so crazy to me was that in 2 short months our babies will be doing the same things.
