We have hit the 7th month mark and we are having so much fun. Everyday the twins discover something new. We love just watching them play and explore their world through touching, crawling and tasting their way around. Both of them absolutely love Dexter and use him as their personal toy. He is really good with them and lets them crawl and pull on him. Abby learned to sit up after laying down by herself and Luke can pull himself up to a standing position when playing with his dragon toy. Some of their favorite things to do are play with the musical monkey that you see in the picture, pull off mommy and daddy's glasses, crawl everywhere (and we mean everywhere!!), chase after toys and play peek-a-boo with their Curious George stuffed animal. We are eating three meals a day plus bottles which means a little more work for us. They eat a variety of baby foods and munch on peaches, pears, crackers and last night Luke enjoyed a spaghetti noodle. Abby doesn't really care for the "real food" but she gobbles down baby food like no other. Both of them love finishing dinner with a sippy cup of cold water. We give them practice drinking before we put the lid on. It is so funny to watch their faces when they take a gulp of water.
Today we went for a walk and we ran into a little boy about 4 years old. He said the cutest thing with such excitement when he noticed the twins in the stroller..."Oh you have a brother and a sister!" Yup...we sure do!
